When You Received Defective Item or Incorrect Item

Kindly send us photo and order details of the item within 5 working days upon receiving the item from delivery company by contacting us via WhatsApp at +6011- 5426 8663. Upon agreeing that the item is defective or incorrect, we may either offer you a full refund OR offer you a replacement (subject to product availability).

You may be asked to return the items to us within 5 working days for us to proceed with a refund or replacement.

Note: All refund will be done via online bank transfer only. Thus, we may require some bank account details in order for us to process the refund accordingly.

 

When Return Is Required for Refund or Replacement

All items are required to be returned unworn, unused, unaltered, with its original packagings intact and properly wrapped for dispatch. 

Kindly note that all return parcels are dealt via mailing only. If you return an item that does not meet the requirements for returns set out above, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund. 

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.

Replacement will be offered and if the replacement piece is no longer in-stock, a refund will be issued within 10 working days upon us receiving the defective / incorrect item.
